Godly Business in Jutpani

Introduction

The Jutpani (Church) Mission has a Business which base on 4P. So that we say 4p in Godly Business which are 1.Purpose of God, 2. Profit Oriented, 3.People Oriented, 4.Planet Oriented.

Because many Christians inhabit the world of business, a realm that pastors frequently berate and misunderstand. There are dilemmas faced in the business world that go unnoticed by other Christians.

 Church has 14 Fishponds approximately 3 hectares, among that 2 fishponds are run by Church, and remains 12 fishponds. Approximately 2 hectares where has a mongo’s trees and Litchi’s trees as fruit farm which church gives to someone in the season as a contract with few amount. Still not given good profit rather sometimes goes in lost. Under the leadership of the Church and inside the Church’s territory, some members are doing Pig Farm and dragon fruit farm through that business whatever comes profit they give 20% to Mission. Similarly, an agriculture field of approximately 8 hectares where the farmer plants different-different crops according to the season for that mission also invests 50% along with the farmer so that at the last harvesting time Farmer gives 50% portion to the Mission.

3.    Purpose of running these farms

Godly business is one of the parts of New Life J. Mission. Usually calls Business as a Mission. These businesses are a source of income for the Mission. All that 20% of income and 50% portions of income are invested for Mission School training, Children’s ministry, and the development of the mission.

4.    Present Barriers and Challenges

However, they are working day and night still not getting good profits from any business. Why because

·        Lack of Proper Knowledge about business.

Lack of advanced technique,

·        Lack of financial

·        Lack of knowledge of selling marketing

·        Lack of Empowerment

5.    Our Vision

These Godly businesses (Farms) are the source of income therefore; we want to make this business fruitful and profitable and a blessing to everyone. Through these businesses, Mission wants to self-sustain as well farmers also can grow financially. If we do these businesses systematically, improving all lack points in each farm, Mission can help other churches also but till now not fulfilled up to the aspect, so we need to improve in every area which mentions as barriers and Challenges for us.
